A friend of mine has a 1700 Vmax. Every time we get together he says it's a fast bike.
From a dead stop I whoop his ass every time...for around the first 1/8-ish mile anyway
The advantage for me is, no wheelies. My BF Goodrich bites and I'm GONE. I love it.
It's not a "fast" bike but it is full of surprises
